Bruce founded Murchison Blasting Services in 2000. Bruce has successfully lead MBS with key focus areas on drill fleet reliability, inhouse engineering, customisation & service exchange componentry rebuilds.

Bruce is an Automotive engineer with 34 years experience in the mining industry specialising in heavy equipment. 

Paul is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years of mining experience from across Australia and the greater Asia Pacific Region.

Paul is an experienced manager with expertise in Mine Management, Technical Services, Commercial Services and Operations. 

Russell joined Murchison Blasting Services in 2023, having previously held Senior Client and Contracting roles. Russell has over 25 years of mining experience from Australia, Asia and North America.

Russell’s extensive experience spans across Mining Operations, Exploration Drilling, Drill and Blast, Load and Haul and Mine Management.
